Today I bring the story of the Easter this is not every thing just enter and read ^_^
I'm writing about my daily activities in Norwich. As soon as the alarm goes off at 7 a.m., I wake up. I shave and have a shower. Then I have a quick breakfast because the school Bus picks me up at 8.30 a.m. You know, I rarely have a time to revise my english courses, so I do it while driving to school.
I start school at 9.15 a.m. and stop at 3.30 p.m. So, I have a lunch at Bell's cafeteria. After lunch, I hardly ever have a time to do anything about formal english learning. I spend all my time to become acquainted with the others students.
At the end of day's school, I often go to the city centre for practising english.
In the evenings, to be honest, I enjoy staying home. I do my homeworks and wacth the 10 o'clock news. I do a little sport every week at the university, UEA. I also go to the disco once or twice a week. I know, it isn't so exciting but......
Hi! I’m Kayo
I’m going to introduce my city ”Onojyo”.
Onojyo is in Fukuoka prefecture, about 94000 people live in Onojyo city. About 121,553 people live in Norwich.
Onojyo area is about 26.88squarekilometers compared to 39.00squarekilometers for Norwich. Norwich is bigger than my city.
My city has lot of green, but, not countryside. Moderately urban city.
One famous baseball player’s home city is my city. He’s name is Toshiya Sugiuchi he is very famous in Japan.
At Easter, I've been to my country (in Belgium) for one week because my mother has come to Norwich to surprise me. That was very surprising and I stayed with them in Norwich for one day, but I fell sick, so I decided to return to my country. I had a high fever and flu. 5 days later, there was a big family reunion for Easter Sunday. I could meet nearly all my family and tell some of them about my experience in Norwich. After that, I returned to Norwich and I'm very happy to see all my classmates and friends again.

I went to Oxford last saturday.
Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but I was looking forward to visiting the city. It took five hours from Norwich to Oxford by minibus. It was a very old and historical city. There was a lot of old architecture.
The most impressive building was Christ Church college. Once, Lewis Carroll who wrote "Alice's adventures in wonderland" taught here as a mathematics professor. I bought an original copy of "Alice's adventures in wonderland". I will read it to practise reading in English.
This Easter I did not do lots of interesting things. At the beginning of 2 days, I just stayed with my host-family, ate Easter chocolate eggs, played computer games and watched movies ,so it was not very exciting for me. However, at the end of 2 days,I think I did something interesting. I went around to my friend's house with other friends and we brought our notebooks. We had a computer game competition,so it was really exciting, but I also felt a little bit sad, because I was the loser. All in all,I had quite an interesting holiday.
I'm writing about my last holiday in Edinburgh, which is quite a big city in Scotland. I stayed there from 13th to 17th of April, it was absolutely gorgeous and I really enjoyed it.
In fact I found it different to Norwich but each one has some advantages . So I went to several places for example to Edinburgh museum, castle and botanic garden. I found out some information about traditional clothes and food there,as well as their accent. Fortunately the weather was wonderful and all the people there were happy with that so they were walking around every where. Finally I recommend it for anyone who hasn't been there , it is beautiful place to visit.
good bye with best wishes from your friend (Ibrahim).
I just finished my Easter holiday, I had four days off. on the first two days, I just stayed in, did some studying and played computer games. On Sunday, in the morning when I woke up at almost eleven thirty, I went to the bathroom to have a shower. When I came back to my bedroom, my housemother put a box next to my room. I took it and saw that inside was a big egg which was made of chocolate also it has two small eggs. In the afternoon , I went to my friend's house with other friends who have got computer, and we had a computer game competition. It was very exciting. Yesterday, I went to the city center with my friends and we went to a Chinese restaurant to have dinner .
This holiday, it was nothing special, but I enjoyed it .
I had a nice and lovely holiday. The first two days I was in Norwich but the third and fourth days I was in London. I stayed in a hotel. I have seen harrods and it is very nice. I walked in Knightsbridge Street and Picadilly and I had a very nice time in the cafe with my friends after shopping .after that we had our lunch in the Edgeware road and it was very nice.
I had a specially exciting day on Friday. The weather was gorgeous and a friend of mine who has a pilot's licence took me flying. The plane was tiny, only a two-seater. I was a bit nervous at first but soon found it just amazing. We flew from Coltishall (north of Norwich) up to the coast and then along to Blakeney Point. Then inland over Holkham Hall and Blickling Hall. I want to go again now!

Hi, my name is FeiTang.I am from China , but I am abroad in England.I am staying in a city which is called Norwich .I am studying english in Bell School .It's an international school .It's small and expensive .There are a lot of students from different countries. When you are studying in the school you meet a person who is from your country you will be delighted, I suppose .
Here, there are about eight teachers who always work in the school. Teachers and students are very friendly.Everyone wishes to talk with other students. There is a dining room,we can eat together and when we eat food we can have a conversation.
We are studying a lot of things in the lesson .We usually study grammar and vocabulary, and other things .Too many exercises we can do everyday .At night , there are a lot of activities. All of them are different. On Saturday you can go to other cities for sightseeing. We have a party each month.
It was an absolutely marvellous school . I like Bell school very much .If you want to study english, the best way to come here to study english .
Norwich (pronounced variously "Norritch", "Norridge") is a city in East Anglia, in Eastern England, and the regional administrative centre and county town of Norfolk.
In effect the City expands a long way beyond its actual borough boundary, with large suburban areas on most sides, particularly Thorpe St. Andrew on the eastern side. The Parliamentary seats cross over into adjacent local government districts. The population for the Norwich Urban sub-area was 174,047 in 2001. It is the 27th largest settlement in England using this measure. However, the population for the whole built-up area was 194,839 in 2001 (census figures), up 5.1% from the 1991 figure of 185,420. It is the 32nd-largest urban area in England.
Christianity is a major religion in Gabon : more than 40% of Gabonese are Christians. So, like England, Gabonese people celebrate Easter day. Easter is the time when Gabonese Christians remember the last week of Jesus' life. It's also time for students' holidays.
Easter usually comes in the month of April. However, its date changes every year because it is fixed according to the moon. Therefore, Easter is the first Sunday after the Full Moon that occurs on or after March 21st. In my country, Easter Holy week lasts from six days.
During Easter Sunday, some gabonese Christians go to mass. When they come, they firstly light a new fire outside the church on Sunday morning. Secondly, they attend to Easter eucharist and baptisms.
Unfortunatly, They don't offer any gift.

Family children enjoy colouring the eggs a wonderful colours. They have the eggs at breakfast and at lunch time we eat two kind of fish which are special for this celebration .
Norwich is a small city of about 150,000 inhabitants about one hundred miles north-east of London. It is a very old city, and there is a castle and two cathedrals. It is quite popular with tourists because it is not too big or too noisy. Also it is near to The Norfolk Broads, which is an area of small lakes and rivers. This area is famous for boating and is very popular for holidays.
Please come and visit if you can; you will be very welcome!
What is Easter?
easter is the time for holidays, festivals and a time for giving chocolate Easter eggs. But Easter means much more. It is the oldest and the most important Christian Festival, the celebration of the death and coming to life again of Jesus Christ. For Christians, the dawn of Easter Sunday with its message of new life is the high point of the year.
