I had a specially exciting day on Friday. The weather was gorgeous and a friend of mine who has a pilot's licence took me flying. The plane was tiny, only a two-seater. I was a bit nervous at first but soon found it just amazing. We flew from Coltishall (north of Norwich) up to the coast and then along to Blakeney Point. Then inland over Holkham Hall and Blickling Hall. I want to go again now!

I don't know exactly how long my friend has had his licence but he told me that he has 100 hours of flying experience. I think he learnt to fly at Coltishall with the Norwich Flying Club. I trust him so I thought he would do vrything correctly. It was the first time I had ever flown in such a small plane and we spent about one hour in the air. I would like to go again and fly south this time. I'll let you know what happens!
